## Company dashboard

Settings now groups controls into sections and keeps Save and Discard visible. Unsaved changes are indicated, invalid values are highlighted and a failed save preserves the draft. Source Sans 3 improves form and table typography. Installer links are available in company setup instructions.

## Public website

Added documentation, commercial release history, a blog, an author profile and trust resources. Published Markdown counterparts and an llms.txt directory. Editorial imagery is assigned per page, with WebP delivery and descriptive alternatives.

Workflow illustration. The guide explains the steps and their limits.

## Collection and access impact

This web release does not introduce a new desktop collection category or broaden a company role. The documentation explains the existing dashboard and diagnostic scope, including limitations. Updating the public website does not change a company’s retention or attendance settings.

## Commercial leads and pricing update

Demo access now asks for an email, with phone optional. The platform owner has a Leads area for demo and contact requests, status, notes and mail queue status. Requested acknowledgement emails use the info@stafflytracker.com mailbox. New standard workspaces have a minimum five-minute capture interval, up to 14-day screenshot retention and a 10 GB screenshot cap. A server disk reserve can pause new captures to protect availability; existing attendance records are not deleted by this guard. Existing workspace retention is not shortened by this release. Public pricing, comparison and regional workflow pages were added.
