Workflow illustration. The guide explains the steps and their limits.

## Price comparison, checked 7 October 2026

StafflyTracker is $4 per tracked employee monthly or $3/month billed annually, with a 10-employee minimum. Time Doctor’s official support page lists Basic at $8 monthly or $80/year, Standard at $14 monthly or $140/year, and Premium at $20 monthly or $200/year. Clockify has a free tier and paid plans: Basic starts at $3.99/seat/month billed annually. StafflyTracker is not cheaper than every free or entry-level tool. ## When StafflyTracker is a good shortlist candidate

Consider StafflyTracker for a Windows-based office that needs attendance, breaks, department classifications and screenshot context in one company workspace. Managers can review recorded time alongside coverage gaps, leave and corrections. A small team can evaluate these workflows using the fictional demo before requesting setup. Review the screenshot limits on the pricing page, especially if staff use several monitors.

## Where established products go further

Time Doctor advertises project/task tracking, more than 60 integrations, SSO, automated provisioning and video recording on applicable plans or add-ons. Hubstaff offers a broader operating-system and mobile ecosystem and payment integrations. Clockify is strong in project timesheets and offers a free option. StafflyTracker does not currently provide native Mac/Linux agents, SSO/SCIM, a public integration marketplace or payment execution. ## Compare the total workflow, not one percentage

Run the same test in each candidate: an ordinary work block, a break, a call-heavy period, an overnight shift and a connection gap. Ask who can correct attendance and whether the correction is explained. Check exports, timezone labels and role access. Neither screenshots nor activity percentages alone prove quality or intent. A manager still needs outcomes and employee context.

## Questions to ask before signing

Confirm supported devices, storage, retention, minimum seats, renewal terms and support expectations. Ask whether managers cost extra, which integrations are included, and whether payroll means calculation or actual payment. Check data handling against your organization’s requirements. Do not assume a product has a certification because it serves offices in a regulated industry.

## Keep the comparison current

Vendor packaging changes. The official pages above are the authority for competitor offers. StafflyTracker’s published features are described in the documentation and release notes; roadmap ideas are not included capabilities.
