## Overview and team activity

The dashboard shows employees, clock states, tracker connection status, recorded time and summary activity measures. Clocked in describes an attendance session. Tracker connected describes a recent connection from the desktop app. One should not be substituted for the other. An administrator can request clock-in when an eligible tracker is connected; the app must still receive the request.

## A person’s timeline

Authorized reviewers can inspect session times, breaks, captured screenshots, foreground application names and window titles, and idle-related records. Screenshots show screen content at capture time and can include information visible in other applications. They are not a continuous video. A title staying the same does not prove that the person stopped working inside that application.

Workflow illustration. The guide explains the steps and their limits.

## Software and activity-review signals

The software area reports discovered installed programs, Store applications, startup entries and available Windows launch-history information. Matches against known activity-faking tool names can be highlighted. Installed, previously launched and currently observed are different evidence categories. A name match or old launch entry alone is not evidence of current use or misconduct.

## Attendance and reporting

Attendance combines sessions with configured days, leave, holidays and documented corrections. Reports and exports summarize recorded information for a selected period. Pay calculations depend on configured rates and rules; an activity percentage is not a measure of work quality and should not silently become a salary deduction.

## Administrative and diagnostic access

Company admins also manage settings, users, rules and diagnostics. Technical device metadata and matching filename records are available through an admin-restricted diagnostic endpoint, although there is no ordinary file-browser page. This is distinct from the screenshot timeline. See the collection guide for the scope and limits of these records.

## Who can review the information

The current commercial app allows company admins and managers to review team tracking records; it does not promise department-scoped manager visibility. Employees are the tracked role. Managers and admins are not tracked by the employee collection flow. Platform ownership and company administration use separate access paths.
