Start with a representative working day

A Lahore software or agency team may alternate between coding, research, design reviews and meetings. Set the review process before rollout

Test the actual laptop workflow

Use a company Windows 10/11 x64 laptop for the pilot. Confirm the workspace address, sign-in, clock-in, break and reconnect behavior. The web interface works in a browser, but recording requires the Windows desktop agent. A read-only demo is useful for learning navigation; it does not test your network or device configuration.

Agree on collection and retention

Explain to employees which records administrators can see. Select appropriate screenshot settings and avoid exposing sensitive records in a test. The standard package uses at least five minutes between captures, up to 14 days of retention and a 10 GB workspace screenshot cap. More monitors increase volume. Confirm exceptions and storage needs before ordering.

Make the first review reproducible

Choose an export period, document its timezone and sample a shift with a break. Inspect leave and approved corrections before concluding that an attendance difference is wrong. Record explanations for changes. The next reviewer should be able to follow the same steps without relying on someone’s memory of the day.
