TRUST & PRODUCT CLARITY
Trust center
Understand StafflyTracker access, collection, release transparency and current product limitations.
Know what the dashboard shows
The admin visibility guide lists attendance, screenshots, application activity, software inventory and diagnostic access. The collection guide explains what these records contain and what they cannot prove. Employers should communicate the scope before installing the tracker.
Separate company workspaces
The commercial platform uses a separate database and backend process for each company workspace. Workspace routing and role checks separate ordinary company access from platform administration. These controls do not replace careful account management within a company.

Review current limitations
The product does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or healthcare compliance certification. It is not a forensic file-transfer recorder or a guarantee against activity manipulation. Native Windows smoke testing and trusted installer signing remain outstanding. Ask about requirements rather than assuming a monitoring feature is a compliance control.
Keep a traceable public explanation
Read the commercial changelog for version-specific changes and the editorial policy for how content is attributed. Use the contact page to report an inaccurate statement or request clarification. No public page should be read as a promise that every feature fits every organization.
