Managing a team means understanding both the day’s work and the exceptions that affect it. A clock-in can tell you that a session started. A screenshot can show a moment. An activity record can describe computer use. None of them explains the entire person or the entire job.

StafflyTracker brings those records into a shared workspace so administrators can ask more specific questions. The product connects time tracking, breaks, attendance, leave, application activity, screenshots and reporting. Department rules help reflect the fact that different roles use different tools.

We aim for clear definitions and visible context. Tracker connection is distinct from clock status. Missing coverage should be recognised. Corrections should have a reason. An unusual pattern should invite a review rather than become an automatic verdict.

The commercial product uses separate company workspaces with role-based access. Employees use the Windows desktop tracker, while administrators and managers work in the browser. A guided demo is the best way to check how these workflows fit your organisation.

We do not present activity percentages as a measure of human worth or a guarantee of business output. Effective use starts with a clear policy, a considered rollout and a review process that gives employees an opportunity to explain the context of their work.
