Demo requests and quotes
We collect the name, work email, company, team size and optional message you submit, along with the submission time. The platform owner can view this information in a restricted console to respond to your request and discuss your requirements. Please do not include patient records, employee records or other sensitive information in the form.
Website operation
Cloudflare and our web server deliver pages and protect requests. Connection information such as IP addresses may appear in server logs. A temporary in-memory counter limits repeated form submissions. This marketing site does not include advertising or analytics scripts.
Interactive demo and images
The interactive demo uses fictional records in the actual application interface. It does not show customer data or connect to a customer workspace. Supporting workplace photographs on the website are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of customers or employees.
Storage and your choices
Enquiries are stored on our server and included in platform backups. They remain available for follow-up until removed. To request access, correction or deletion, use the contact form with the email address from your original enquiry and state what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Deletion from the live console does not immediately remove copies in existing backups; those expire separately.
