TRUST & PRODUCT CLARITY

Editorial and release-note policy

How StafflyTracker attributes articles, documents product behavior and distinguishes illustrations from evidence.

Named authorship

Articles and documentation identify Syed Toheed Shah, the owner and developer, as the author. Publication and modification dates are shown. The author page supplies the stated product relationship without adding unverified qualifications, awards or customer claims.

Source of product statements

Product explanations are based on the commercial implementation and recorded release history. Where evidence is limited, notes say so. Third-party comparisons should link to the provider’s current documentation and distinguish an observed feature from a sales claim.

Workflow illustration. The guide explains the steps and their limits.

Images and examples

Workplace photographs are generated illustrations, not customer testimonials or staff portraits. Product screenshots come from the fictional public demo. Workflow diagrams explain a process and are not screenshots of unimplemented features. Author imagery uses an illustrative workspace rather than a fabricated likeness.

Corrections and updates

Use the contact page to flag a factual issue and include the page address. Release notes identify admin-visible and collection changes where applicable. Historical entries are not filled with guessed details when a separate release record is unavailable. Web changes are documented separately from desktop version numbers.

StafflyTracker is owned and developed by Syed Toheed Shah, also the owner and developer of Staffly.pk.
